All orders and purchases made through alrijafragrance.com (the "Site") are subject to the following Online Shopping Terms and Conditions. These terms may change at our discretion without prior notice, so we encourage you to review them regularly.
Order Process
When you place an order on our website, it is considered an offer to purchase the items in your cart. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you via phone or SMS and send an email or SMS confirming your order details, including the shipping address and available quantities ("Order Confirmation").
The contract between you and Al Rija Fragrance is finalized once you reconfirm the order through email or SMS. Only then will the purchase be complete.
Minors
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make purchases on this website.

Prices
Prices on our website are displayed in Pakistani Rupees and do not include delivery charges, which are calculated separately. While we work to ensure that all prices are accurate, occasional errors may occur. If an error in pricing is found after you have placed an order, we will notify you immediately, allowing you to reconfirm or cancel your order. Please note that prices on the website apply exclusively to online purchases and are not indicative of prices in any other stores or sales channels.
Price & Availability Changes
Al Rija Fragrance reserves the right to adjust prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. If you have already completed a purchase, a later price reduction will not result in a refund.
Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery of your order, inspect the contents carefully. Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported immediately. If your package arrives damaged, contact Al Rija Fragrance, and we will investigate the issue. A replacement or refund will be provided where appropriate. Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Payment
We only accept cash on delivery (COD). No other payment methods, such as cheques, are accepted at this time.
Delivery
For delivery, please note that if you order multiple items, they may arrive on different days, as dispatch times can vary. Our standard delivery timeframe is 1 to 4 working days, but it may extend to 15 to 20 days (or more in exceptional cases) depending on product availability and your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe within 2 to 4 working days after placing the order.
If delivery is delayed beyond the time specified in your Order Confirmation, please contact our Customer Care Department, quoting your order number. Once delivery is made to the address you specified, the responsibility for the goods passes to you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted before processing your refund. If we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Care Department for assistance.
